In order to make the site as efficient as possible for all users, we need to control image size limits. And so, if any of your images are over 500kb in size, the site will not accept them.
To solve this, you have two options:
- You can either go away and resize them yourself to below 500kb each and come back and resubmit them: OR
- Use the ECLIPSE Resizing and Upload Service whereby we do it all for you.
Under this service, we will:
- Guide you the whole way on how to package and send them to us
- Resize them to within the limit of 500Kb each
- Upload them for you to your model profile on ECLIPSE
- Send you back a copy of them resized so you can use elsewhere at your leisure. For example, some clients may often ask you to email copies of your pictures to them and rather than do so over several emails, you can now send them in just one email.
